Internal Medicine Physician

You will be an essential member of our medical staff and work alongside an on-site specialty team that includes a General Cardiologist, Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians, Podiatrist, OBGYN ‘s, Orthopedic and General Surgeons ensuring comprehensive medical support for your patients.

We are hiring a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive practice environment. Your practice will be located at Cascade Medical Clinic located on Santiam’s Hospital campus. You will practice in a rural health care setting, serving more than 40,000 where you will play an important role in meeting our community’s growing needs, strengthening access to preventive care and long-term chronic disease management.

Practice Highlights
- Full-time position including 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day per week
- Manages complex cases referred by APP’s and Family Medicine Physicians
- Adult only primary care with an expected patient volume of 18 – 20 per day
- Shared clinic call rotation (*Triage Nurse takes first call, escalates to MD if needed.):
- 1:14 days weekday call
- 1: 12 weekend call
- Integrated EMR: EPIC for seamless patient care management with AI scribes.
