Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine (M/F/X) - Ibiza Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine (M/F/X) - Ibiza At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are collaborating with a leading private hospital in the Balearic Islands that is looking to hire a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine to join a multidisciplinary team with high clinical activity. We are looking for a profile with a solid clinical orientation, an integral vision of the patient, and the ability to coordinate the management of complex pathologies, within a modern and highly specialized hospital environment. Functions Care and follow-up of hospitalized patients in the Internal Medicine ward. Diagnostic assessment and treatment of patients with complex acute and chronic pathologies. Comprehensive management of multi-pathological patients and coordination of care. Performing interconsultations with other medical and surgical services. Interpretation of complementary tests and development of individualized diagnostic and therapeutic plans. Participation in continuity of care and clinical follow-up of patients. Preparation of medical reports and clinical documentation. Participation in clinical sessions, multidisciplinary committees, and continuing education activities. Requirements Degree in Medicine. Specialty in Internal Medicine via MIR or a degree recognized in Spain (essential). Previous experience in hospitalization, management of complex patients, and care for multi-pathological patients is valued. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different medical specialties. We offer Indefinite contract. Full-time. Joining a consolidated private hospital with high clinical activity.
