You’ll be joining our Resourcing Department within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
The role is 9 months fixed term and full time
Hybrid working arrangements - 1 day per week in the office

Your future, your role
As a Clinical Resourcing Specialist, you’ll be:
Exploring employment opportunities and screening candidates (for all clinical roles) across the South East and matching them to suitable job roles
Head-hunting and researching the job market to establish hiring potential, generating referrals, and networking to build a pipeline of talent
Searching the database for candidates and being creative with sourcing methodologies including the use of social media and other sourcing tools
Act as the first point of contact for candidates and will manage these individuals through the full recruitment process
Develop talent pools and maintain positive contact with candidates to ensure we have a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles
Attending exhibitions and events as required to build the candidate pipeline further
