Internal Sales
- Driving sales and ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch
- Providing product advice and technical support to customers
- Following up and providing notification of outstanding orders
- Managing customer sales, quoting/product sourcing, and management of customer projects including DIFOT
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
- Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintained
- Active capture of sales information into CRM as sales excellence best practice
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience essential.
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and deliver customer-focused outcomes
- A passion for providing great customer service and ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and professional personal presentation
- Sound product knowledge, ideally within electrical products and solutions preferred
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
