Internal Sales Specialist | Bundaberg, QLD
- Work in an inside sales role like no other.
- Unleash your gifted sales ability with warm leads provided.
- Negotiable salary of around $60,000 Plus superannuation (Neg. on Exp.)
About You…
You know you’re brilliant at selling on the phone. You’re
supremely articulate and confident in your ability to close. And you
regularly meet sales targets. All you need is an organisation with the
growth trajectory and vision to match your ambition.
Many inside sales positions require you to make all the running and get your own leads.
Of course, that’s okay for you: you’re independent, tenacious
and able to succeed in just about any environment. But you know you
could achieve more with the right company backing you — in fact much,
much more.
This isn’t a role to conduct copious amounts of industry
research and attempt to wrap other unnecessary activities under the
guise of “sales.” In short, the company provides the leads… so you can
concentrate on what you do best — getting on the phone and closing the
sales!
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Proactively call procurement, production and maintenance
personnel in mining, engineering, manufacturing and associated
industries.
- Evangelise the organisation and build long-term business relationships with clients and influencers.
- Develop proposals and follow through to close the sale.
- Schedule necessary field visits for the team members where it adds value.
- Manage the flow of transaction from opportunity to close.
- Enter accurate call data records into the company’s CRM to assist in marketing efforts.
The skills required…
In this position, you will need to be comfortable with
talking to people over the phone and have the nous to quickly pick up
the company’s portfolio of products. You will probably have some
experience in mining, engineering, or manufacturing but your smarts and
enthusiasm for sales is more important than industry experience.
Other favourable traits include:
- Demonstrative 3 years of experience in Internal Sales.
- Proven experience in learning and articulating new products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and execute sales over the phone.
- Experience in setting up Web Meetings through Zoom or MS Teams.
- Experience in using sales software, CRM databases and MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Experience in recording accurate call data information from customer relations.
- Providing customer feedback to Management in support of promotional activities.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll enjoy a generous salary of around $60,000 plus
superannuation (Negotiable on experience), plus a host of other things
that make coming to work a pleasant experience. The company has huge
ambitions and if you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and work as part
of an open-minded and entrepreneurial company; you’ll find yourself
tremendously rewarded.
A new and rewarding career is waiting for you…
