Internal Sales Support Executive – Yishun | Up to S$3,200 + AWS + Bonus

Location: Yishun Industrial Park

Basic Salary: Up to S$3,200 + AWS + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock availability.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information and support.

• Maintain accurate sales records, documentation and system updates.

• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and coordinate daily sales activities.

• Ensure orders and sales documentation are handled according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
