Internal Sales - Technical (East Rand) Permanent
Were seeking a proactive and service-driven Internal Sales Representative for our client to:
- Assist with daily sales operations: quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
- Manage customer inquiries, maintain records in CRM/Excel/ERP
- Collaborate closely with external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs with strong communication and administrative efficiency
What You Bring:
- 3+ years internal sales or customer-service experience (preferably in Construction, Industrial Equipment)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems
- Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong sales orientation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
