Internal Support

Responsibilities

• Respond to ticketing requests from internal users.
• Identify and solve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Assist in setting up new laptops, IT tools, and accounts for new employees.
• Oversee the company's network and server operations.
• Respond to technical issues raised by users within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in IT support functions.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills for software, hardware, networks, and servers.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
