INTERNAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER

JATER INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCT FORWARD PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based company operating in the construction industry. We are seeking an IT intern to support the design, development and maintenance of internal systems, improve daily operational efficiency and assist with the company's routine IT needs. The internship provides practical exposure to internal software systems, IT support and business process digitalisation.

Job Responsibilities

· Assist in designing, developing, testing andmaintaining internal management systems and applications.

· Support the improvement and automation ofinternal workflows and business processes.

· Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshootcommon computer, software, network and system issues.

· Assist with the setup, configuration andmaintenance of company computers, IT equipment and software.

· Support basic database administration, dataorganisation, system backups and IT security practices.

· Work with colleagues to understand internalsystem requirements and implement practical solutions.

· Prepare basic technical documentation and assistwith system updates, testing and issue resolution.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

2. Basic understanding of programming, databases, computer networks or IT support.

3. Willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and a responsible working attitude.

4. Ability to communicate and work with colleagues on day-to-day technical tasks.

5. Prior work experience is not required; guidance will be provided.
