INTERNATIONAL ASSEMBLER

JOB SUMMARY:

Assist in the day to day functions of the Assembly Department with various stages of the assembly and subassembly processes in the International Assembly Dept. 1061.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Safety oriented (Safety First).
* Deciphers job orders.
* Read prints, charts, calipers and other various measurement tools.
* Identifies and is accountable for various parts and material.
* Complete basic forms.
* Verifies accuracy of paperwork.
* Prioritize job orders by due date.
* Keep copy of the Production Job Order with parts
* Adjust fixturing.
* Periodically inspect tools and equipment for accuracy and or deficiencies.
* Build main valves, sub-assemblies and solve valve kitting problems.
* Drills, seats, presses, loctites, threads, measures, trims, polishes, washes, preps, paints, performs back pressure tests and sand blasts.
* Sets valves
* Be professional with a positive attitude.
* Be willing and available for cross-training when work load requires
