International Channel Manager
Description
About StrangeBee 🐝
StrangeBee started in 2018 with a simple idea from the creators of TheHive and Cortex: give security teams open tools that actually help them respond to incidents. Today, TheHive is used by thousands of security analysts in 43 countries. We’re a team of 90 people across Paris, Barcelona, the US, and we’re growing the hive. Want to contribute?
How we work
Customer Centric: we build for real security teams facing real threats.
Quest for Excellence: “good enough” isn’t our standard.
Embrace Change: cyber moves fast, and so do we. If something could be better, say it.
One Team: trust, open communication and psychological safety, across titles and teams.
We’re looking for an International Channel Manager to build, structure and grow our partner network (resellers, integrators, MSSPs) around the world. Based in Paris or Barcelona, you’ll work hand in hand with our VP Sales to shape a channel program that is still being built, so your ideas, creativity and ability to learn fast will matter as much as your experience. As we expand into new markets, partners are key to reaching security teams wherever they are.
The essentials
Location: Paris or Barcelona, hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Reports to: VP Sales
Salary: 100X – 140X OTE/year, 50% fixed / 50% variable
Travel: Regular international travel
What you’ll do
Define and roll out our channel strategy for priority markets (EMEA, Middle East, North America and beyond), with the VP Sales
Identify, recruit and qualify new partners aligned with our positioning and values
Drive engagement across our existing network through regular communication, events and commercial highlights
Design and deliver training and enablement programs so partners become autonomous and effective on our products
Build the tools, processes and materials the program needs: rules of engagement, discount structure, co-marketing
Align direct and indirect efforts with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and be the partners’ voice internally
Track the metrics that matter: partner-sourced pipeline, certification rates and partner satisfaction
What success looks like
First 3 months: you know our products, our existing partners and the internal teams, and you’ve shared a first channel action plan with the VP Sales
By 6 months: first new partners signed and trained, a first version of the rules of engagement and discount structure in place
By 12 months: a measurable share of pipeline sourced by partners, certified partners, a structured and scalable channel program
What you bring
2–4 years of experience in channel management, partnerships or indirect sales
You’ve built things from a blank page and moved forward without waiting for everything to be defined
You know how to listen, teach and rally partners with very different profiles
You’re curious about technical environments: no need to be an engineer, but you want to understand the products you represent
Energy, commitment and a real desire to leave your mark on a program still being built
Fluent English (our working language)
Nice to have
Experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
An additional language such as Arabic, German or Spanish, given our international coverage
Experience with MSSPs or partner programs
Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway. This list is a guide, not a checklist. We care more about how you think and learn than about a perfect match. This role is designed to help you grow, with direct guidance from our VP Sales.
What we offer
Hybrid work: 2 days in the office
Health insurance: coverage : tbd depending on the country
Equipment: laptop and setup provided
Team life: offsites, team events, the TheHive community
Benefiz health insurance, 100% employer-paid
