We are looking for a International Corporate Sales Manager to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.- CEE Client Relationship Development in Poland: Actively establishing and developing relationships with corporate clients (revenue > PLN 50M) originating from CEE countries that operate in Poland
- Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and Coverage Teams across UniCredit Group entities to build a consistent service strategy for their Polish subsidiaries
- Actively participating in the implementation and adaptation of UniCredit Group's financial tools and solutions in the Polish market, dedicated to CEE corporate groups
- Analyzing financial needs and providing comprehensive advisory on banking products tailored to the specific operating needs of foreign companies in Poland
- Achieving sales targets and quality goals
- Preparing credit applications for corporate clients, incorporating comprehensive credit risk analysis, business model evaluation, creditworthiness assessment, and industry-specific factors
- Verifying credit documentation (including powers of attorney, financial statements, and CEE group legal and organizational structures) and collaborating with support units
- Conducting periodic financial monitoring of clients to assess current risk levels and identify potential threats early
- Coordinating the credit process as a liaison between Relationship Managers, Risk Analysts, and Credit Committee members to ensure a smooth and efficient decision-making workflow
- Managing operational risk by strictly adhering to banking regulations and internal procedures
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking within an international environment
- Practical knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to tailor solutions to business client needs
- Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Advanced sales skills backed by a proven track record
- Openness to new technologies
- High professional ethics and strong sense of responsibility
- Full professional proficiency in English and German allowing fluent communication; knowledge of other languages is an added asset
