We are looking for experienced International Counsel to join our team!

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in international companies or as an in-house lawyer.
Experience in IT, fintech, payments, consulting, iGaming, or digital business.
Strong knowledge of contract, corporate, financial, and related areas of law.
Experience in legal research and analysis of complex legal matters.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify risks and provide practical legal solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken and written).
Understanding of the payment industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and approving contracts and legal documents.
Assessing and mitigating legal risks related to company operations.
Conducting legal research and preparing recommendations for management.
Assisting with legal issues in different jurisdictions.
Completing questionnaires, collecting documents, and communicating with partners, regulators, and authorities.
Working closely with product, tech, compliance, support, and business teams to resolve legal matters and support business.
