Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolution details in the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns while adhering to company policies and service standards. Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies to deliver efficient and accurate support. Identify opportunities to improve support processes based on customer feedback and recurring issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and provide additional assistance when required. Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure timely issue resolution and deliver customer solutions. Requirements : 2-3 years of experience in customer support, international customer service, or helpdesk roles. Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools. Ability to work with customers across different time zones and cultures. Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
