International Customer Support Executive

We are seeking an International Customer Support Executive to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for providing exceptional customer service to our international clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through various communication channels, including chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions while maintaining high service quality standards. The position requires adherence to process guidelines and the ability to meet performance targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to international customer inquiries through chat and other communication platforms. - Provide timely resolutions to customer issues while ensuring service quality. - Follow established process guidelines and meet performance targets. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum of 4 months of experience in any domain is required. - Candidates must have completed HSC (12th Pass) or be graduates. - Strong English communication skills are essential for this role. - Knowledge of BPO/KPO processes is required. - Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and onsite in Indore.
