International Dairy Customer Success Advisor

As an International Dairy Customer Success Advisor at smaXtec, you play a key role in empowering dairy farmers around the world to unlock the full value of our smaXtec technology. By combining your agricultural affinity with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset, you ensure that customers and colleagues receive the guidance and support they need to succeed. In this position, you support our Distribution Partners and their customer outcomes, support remotely served markets, and provide flexible capacity in direct local markets. You act as a trusted point of contact across regions, strengthen collaboration between teams, and contribute directly to the global impact of smaXtec.

YOUR ROLE

• Support for Distribution Partners and their customer outcomes: Help our Distribution Partners succeed with measurable results that show the value of our products and services for their customers.
• Professional support and assistance for international customers, colleagues, and sales partners in remotely supported markets, primarily via phone, email, and video.
• Flexible local market coverage: Provide capacity in direct local markets to cover leave periods and departures, ensuring continuity for customers and local teams.
• Regular and proactive communication with local teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
• Onboarding and training of new international customers, team members, and Distribution Partners.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a smooth workflow in your area.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have solid professional experience in the dairy industry, and you are passionate about cows and dairy farming.
• Positive with a can-do mindset in combination with the ability to find solutions even in challenging situations.
• Strong communication skills and decisiveness, fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus.
• A strong ability to quickly understand, adapt to, and support the diverse needs of customers and partners worldwide, and to switch smoothly between remote and on-site tasks.
• A structured way of working with customer data and KPIs, so you can track outcomes and act on them.
• Willingness to travel, including to direct local markets when coverage is needed, and you thrive working in a multinational environment.

OUR OFFER

• For your contribution to smaXtec’s success, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 3.300,00 (based on a 38.5-hour work week). Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
