Marketing Content Manager Digital Channels (f/m/d)

• Marketing Strategy: You develop and implement our marketing strategy across diverse online channels, aligned with our overall business goals.
• Social Media: You manage and continuously grow our international social media channels.
• Content Creation: You create and coordinate content for social media and our websites.
• Content Management: You create, maintain and optimize web content, including text, images, landing pages and optionally videos, while continuously improving our websites from an editorial perspective.
• CMS & SEO: You work with the FirstSpirit content management system and optimize content for search engines.
• MarTech & UX: You integrate website forms, tracking scripts and personalization logic into the CMS layer, perform quality assurance and enhance the user experience to support lead generation.

DEIN PROFIL

• Qualification: You have a degree in communications, media, marketing or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on content creation.
• Editing: You have experience in online editing or content management.
• Social Media: You are confident in using social media management tools such as Meta, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• CMS Knowledge: You have first experience with a content management system, while basic knowledge of HTML and SEO is an advantage.
• Working Style: You work in a structured, independent and detail-oriented manner and have experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
• Language Skills: You have excellent written and spoken English skills at C1/C2 level, while proficiency in another language such as German, Turkish, Spanish or Italian is highly preferred and considered a major advantage.
