International Digital Retail & eCommerce Manager

Therabody is seeking a results-driven International Digital Retail & eCommerce Manager to own and optimise how our brand and products show up across Amazon and leading retail partners throughout the UK, EU and APAC.
You’ll drive best-in-class digital execution across retailer.com and marketplaces, owning everything from PDP content, SEO and share of search to ratings & reviews, content syndication and digital launch readiness.
Working with partners including Amazon, John Lewis, Boots, Currys and MediaMarkt, you’ll combine strong eCommerce expertise with a commercial and analytical mindset to improve discoverability, conversion and the overall online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Optimisation
- Own the creation and optimisation of PDP content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords and enhanced content to maximise discoverability and conversion.
- Own the creation and ongoing optimisation of Amazon Brand Stores, A+ content and Brand Story modules, delivering best-in-class digital shopping experiences.
- Partner with brand and creative teams to develop PDP copy, carousel imagery, infographics and other required digital assets.
- Manage content syndication across retailer platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and speed to market.
- Build retailer-specific landing pages that enhance product education, storytelling and brand discovery.
- Ensure Therabody’s premium brand identity and positioning is reflected across all retail.com touchpoints.
- Own digital shelf readiness for all new product launches, ensuring PDPs, Amazon Brand Stores, A+ Content, ratings & reviews and syndicated content are live, accurate and optimised ahead of launch.
Share of Search
- Develop and execute SEO and keyword strategies using tools such as Helium 10 to improve discoverability across retailer websites and marketplaces.
- Monitor keyword rankings, listing health and share of search, identifying opportunities to improve visibility and conversion.
- Partner with regional teams to optimise search performance based on local market behaviours and retailer algorithms.
Ratings & Reviews
- Own the international ratings and reviews strategy, driving review coverage, quality and sentiment across retail partners.
- Manage review generation, seeding and syndication programmes, ensuring campaigns are in place ahead of all product launches and review health targets are achieved.
- Monitor review performance, including volume, ratings, velocity and syndication health, taking action to improve customer trust and conversion.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide actionable insights to Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams.
Analytics & Performance
- Define and report on digital shelf KPIs including content health, conversion, traffic, share of search, ratings and review performance.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise PDP performance and improve conversion.
- Deliver actionable performance insights to regional stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and digital merchandising performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising, marketplace management or digital shelf management.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Brand Stores and A+ content.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital merchandising across international retailer websites.
- Proven experience optimising PDP content, SEO, search visibility and ratings & reviews programmes.
- Experience using content syndication platforms such as Syndigo, BazaarVoice, 1WorldSync or similar.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches across regions and time zones.
- Experience working across multiple countries, markets or regions.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience leveraging analytics dashboards.
Location
London, UK (Hybrid) – minimum 3 days per week in our London office
