International Education Sales Consultant

Job Requirements:

· Familiar with the Singapore education system, particularly the admission policies and processes for primary, secondary, and international schools

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to communicate smoothly with parents from diverse backgrounds

· Excellent communication skills with parents and students, able to provide personalized study abroad advice

· Previous experience in international schools, educational consultancy, or as a study abroad advisor is preferred

· Patient, responsible, and approachable, with a commitment to providing long-term support for students

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide professional study abroad consultation for students and their families: Understand parents' needs and expectations and propose the best study plans based on the child's age and educational background.

· Offer personalized enrollment planning: Assist parents in selecting suitable schools in Singapore, introduce various international schools and their curriculum features, and guide families on how to adapt to the learning environment in Singapore.

· Assist in preparing application materials: Guide parents in preparing all necessary documents for enrollment, including transcripts and recommendation letters, ensuring a smooth application process.

· Provide enrollment support: Monitor students' enrollment progress and assist parents in resolving any issues that arise during the admission process.

· Offer ongoing support: Monitor students' adaptation to school, providing continuous support and guidance to ensure they smoothly integrate into the Singapore educational environment.

· Assist in marketing activities: Help the company conduct marketing campaigns aimed at students' parents, such as seminars and consultation sessions, addressing common questions from parents and providing professional guidance.
