Key Requirements

• Educational Excellence: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fields.
• Technical Depth: 5–7 years of solid experience in Software, Firmware, or Embedded Systems development. You must be able to "speak the language" of both our internal R&D experts and the client’s technical teams.
• Global Communication: Professional fluency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory. You are expected to lead technical presentations and negotiate contracts in international business settings confidently.
• Strategic Mobility: A strong passion for international business development. Must be willing and able to travel frequently overseas for client meetings, on-site technical support, and global industry exhibitions.

• Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the European, American, and APAC embedded software markets.
• Technical Consulting: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client engagements, providing deep-dive technical insights into our Software/Firmware solutions.
• Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring technical requirements are met and expectations are managed seamlessly across different time zones.
• Strategic Feedback: Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for the R&D team to influence and refine the future product roadmap.
