Have you recently finished your Master studies or have just little professional experience? Are you willing to start or develop your career in an international leading company and within a multicultural team? In Vaillant Group we are starting this International Graduate Programme, that will consist in:
During a period of 2 years you will be part of team of graduates from different countries and you will participate in different events and training actions.
You will work and learn in 4 "stations", in each of them for a period of 6 months, within the Vaillant Group.
Three of those stages will be located in different areas of Vaillant Group Spain (Zamudio, Bizkaia) and 1 in our international headquarters in Remscheid (Germany).
Your functions will be related with market analysis and identification of business opportunities, efficiency improvements and use of new technologies, pricing strategy and competitor analysis, strategic plans, and contributing to the implementation and monitoring of the commercial strategy within the organisation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Master’s degree will be valued.
International mobility as this program implies a stage of 6 months abroad. It's very valued if you have had international experience as student or employee.
We are looking for people with no experience or up to a maximum of 2 years of experience.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Analytical and summarising skills, ability to prepare internal or executive presentations, good communication skills and a proactive and curious mindset towards the application of new technologies.
