- Coach Leaders and strengthen organizations
- Drive Growth with international strategies & transformation projects
- Bridge HQ & Local teams to align sales & operations
- Lead Performance execution across multiple markets
🎯What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years leadership in industrial/manufacturing/B2B
- Global mindset with intercultural competence
- Fluent English (Asian languages or German a plus)
- Strong sales & negotiation skills with resilience & decisiveness
