Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute HR-related projects for overseas branches, ensuring mastery of project schedules, and utilizing various monitoring mechanisms to manage the development of international human resources.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related work with overseas branches, aiming to understand developmental needs in various countries and proactively discover HR/ organization issues in those branches.
3. Responsible for overseeing the oversea MA program; recruiting, selecting, supporting, and developing high-potential talents to achieve the goal of overseas business development.
4. Collect and analyze relevant data and information concerning overseas operations in the industry to provide references for the planning and design of international HR systems
