International Lawyer (with iGaming experience)
We’re looking for the Lawyer who will support commercial legal processes related to licensing and further support. In this role you will be responsible for working with international companies, regulators and agents. The specialist will work in collaboration with the team of strong professionals.
The primary responsibilities:
• compliance with legal requirements for the validity of licenses
• preparation of various policies and procedures from scratch and control over their fulfillment
• preparation and review of contracts, legal documents, templates, legal opinions, letters, analysis etc
• compliance matters
• work with non-resident companies’ maintenance, analysis of legislation of various jurisdictions, opening accounts for legal entities in foreign banks
Requirements:
• full legal qualification (degree in Law)
• knowledge of legal requirements and controls such as Anti-Money Laundering (any compliance related certification is a plus)
• at least 1,5+ years of experience
• English - Upper-intermediate
• highly developed analytical and drafting skills with attention to details
