International Marketing & Business Development Representative

Golden Champion in a leader in the window treatment industry, supplying products to major mass retailers in North America with in-house design and manufacturing capabilities. Our Sales & Marketing org is looking for an International Business Development Representative to join the company's core team and drive business as a conductor to manage multiple supporting teams. English fluency is essential to work directly with Fortune 500 customers to develop new home décor products, expand market share, and grow the business through close collaboration with in-house design and production teams.

This is a paid full-time position at our KangShan office in Kaohsiung, with the following responsibilities and more:

• Development: Interest or experience in researching international retail markets, identifying trends, and defining products/solutions.
• Marketing: Attend overseas business meetings, factory tours, and trade shows.
• Sales: Partner with inside-sales team members to engage key customers for in-depth product development discussions and pricing negotiations over emails, calls, and in-person meetings.
• Project Management: Work in team-oriented environment and handle multiple projects with cross-functional teams at same time.
• Presentation: Prepare PowerPoint slides and samples to drive customer discussions and evaluations.
• Problem Solving: Define various problem amongst a pool of data/information and propose solutions with cost and benefit analysis (supported by our internal analyst team).

Subject to prior knowledge of the Window Coverings industry, employee may be required to attend a two-week training session at our Vietnam production facility.
