International Payroll Analyst

As an International Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that employees across multiple countries are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations. You will act as a key connector between global payroll providers and internal stakeholders, managing the complexity of multi-country payroll operations. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail, as payroll directly impacts employee experience. Success depends on being proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs prior to finalization.
- Process payroll transactions and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and support month-end and year-end activities.
- Partner with external payroll providers to ensure service quality.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, Benefits etc. teams globally.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve payroll issues with urgency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using manual methods.
- Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and efficiency.
- Drive standardization, automation, and documentation.
- Challenge existing processes and propose scalable solutions.
- Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have between six (6) months to two (2) years of international payroll experience (APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- You have knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
- You have experience with payroll systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, TRESS, etc.).
- You have advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
