International Procurement Analyst

We are seeking an International Procurement Analyst to lead the strategic sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for energy projects, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with sustainability standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field
• Additional training or specialization in procurement or logistics is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in international procurement or similar roles
• Proven experience managing suppliers in Asia, Europe, and the United States
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience in procurement operations and supply chain management
• Certifications in International Procurement, Logistics (IDETEC), Lean Six Sigma, or similar are a plus
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required (100%)
• Mandarin proficiency is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers across Asia, Europe, and the United States
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers
• Negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase request to final delivery
• Collaborate with Project Management teams to align procurement with project needs
• Monitor inventory levels alongside the Local Procurement Coordinator to avoid disruptions
• Track market trends and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities
• Analyze and report procurement KPIs, including cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance
• Coordinate import and export activities for international projects
• Ensure all service agreements are formalized through contracts to mitigate risk
• Manage budgets, expenses, and forecasts for procurement activities impacting cash flow
