International Product Manager - Diagnostics

The Position

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is passionate about delivering high-impact diagnostic solutions and transforming patient outcomes in collaboration with our pharma partners. You are someone with a solid scientific or marketing background, paired with strong business acumen, and at least 5 years of experience in the diagnostics industry, particularly in sales, marketing, or product management.

Experience in the Cardiometabolic space is highly valued. Your ability to work across teams, influence stakeholders, and manage complex projects will make you a key asset in driving success. You thrive in dynamic environments, where collaboration is key, and you are always looking for innovative solutions to challenges. Your strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills will help you inspire others to achieve results, while always focusing on value creation and customer satisfaction.

You bring a wealth of experience managing global product launches and navigating both local and global markets. Your approach to leadership and team dynamics ensures that you lead by example, fostering collaboration, trust, and transparency across functions.

Key Qualities:

• Scientific or Marketing Background with a strong business acumen.
• 3+ Years of Experience in healthcare, ideally in Diagnostics with Cardiometabolic experience.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills to work across global teams and external partners.
• Strong Leadership and Influencing Capabilities to drive alignment and execution of product strategies.
• Passion for Customer and Patient-Centric Solutions and a drive for continuous improvement.
