International Product Manager - Heat Pumps (f/m/div.)

Oversee Bosch’s global Air-to-Water heat pump portfolio, turning market insights into engineering goals and championing next-gen heating solutions across international teams.

Your contribution to something big:

As an International Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the expansion and optimization of our high-performing Air-to-Water heat pump portfolio. You will translate market insights and customer voices into concrete engineering goals, working alongside global teams to deliver next-generation heating and energy solutions:

  • Shape and expand our international product portfolio in the fast-growing segment of Air-to-Water heat pumps.
  • Collaborate closely with national product management teams to define market-specific requirements and seamless system integration of heat pump technologies.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" within cross-functional development projects, ensuring customer-centric solutions.
  • Analyze and monitor global market developments, competitor trends, and regulatory changes in your product segment to continuously refine our long-term portfolio strategy.
  • Contribute with technical expertise in the early pre-development phases and successfully champion products throughout their entire lifecycle.

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/scientific field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven professional experience within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry, preferably in a product management or closely related system-engineering role.
  • Experience in international multi-stakeholder management and working across global business units.

Know how

  • Deep understanding of heat pump systems, refrigeration cycles, or residential thermal systems.

Languages

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a valuable advantage.

Working Style and Methods

  • A highly analytical and structured approach to managing complex, multi-layered projects.
  • A pragmatic, target-group-oriented communication style, with a proven ability to present complex technical topics in an engaging, comprehensible way to both installers and end-users.
  • High degree of independence, initiative, and responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel to stay connected with local markets and production sites.
