Job Description
McLane Global has an immediate opening for an entry level International Sales Assistant. This individual will assist the internal team in processing sales orders specifically in purchasing, receiving, shipping/export documentation and invoicing.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle receiving of products at all warehouses and processing via the system
- Assist Logistics Manager in all aspects from container booking, loading, document and B/L instructions, preparing UPS packages, sample packing etc.
- Assist traders in obtaining international registration documentation
- Provide logistics and sales support in absence of logistics and sales staff
- Coordinate and resolve any shipping discrepancies with pickups and/or deliveries
- Coordinate damage and credit issues with the appropriate entities.
- All other duties as assigned
