International Sales Representative

**Compensation:** $70,000 – $100,000 USD Base + Commission

### About the Role
A confidential international chemical distribution and trading organization is expanding its **Asian sourcing and export operations**.

We are looking for a hands-on **international sales professional** who can develop new customers, build profitable chemical export opportunities, and leverage established industry relationships to generate long-term business.

### Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international chemical customers
Build a strong pipeline of buyers, distributors, manufacturers, importers, and traders
Convert existing industry relationships into new commercial opportunities
Develop export business across **North America, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia**, and other global markets
Present Korean chemical products and prepare commercial quotations
Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and commercial agreements
Manage customer inquiries, sourcing requests, accounts, cross-selling, and repeat business
Maintain strong relationships with Korean manufacturers and suppliers
Monitor pricing, market trends, competitors, and new product opportunities
Achieve individual sales, revenue, and business-development targets

### Required Experience & Qualifications
✅ 3+ years in **chemical sales, international trading, chemical distribution, or related commercial roles**
✅ Professional fluency in **Korean and English**
✅ Existing legal authorization to work in South Korea
✅ Experience working with chemical manufacturers or distributors
✅ Established relationships with chemical buyers / procurement decision-makers
✅ Proven ability to acquire customers and generate revenue
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, account-development, and relationship-building skills
