Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via Livechat, tickets, e-mail
- Communicate requests with our warehouse
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of Taobao, Tmall, 1688.com
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Knowledge of the following languages is an advantage but not a must: Danish, Norwegian, German
- At least 8 hours per week available
