What are we looking for?
People with interpersonal skills, leadership, adaptation to dynamic environments, and the ability to work in a team.
Functions:
Market and competitor research by gathering information on trends, color palettes, and materials.
Adaptation of the collected information to our market and target customer by creating an original collection.
Creation of color palettes for each collection.
Creation of technical sheets for each reference, specifying qualities, details, and garment colors.
Joint work with the supplier to achieve the necessary quality/price balance and correct garment configuration.
