Internet Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

• This position involves working in sales with a primary focus on promoting Internet products and services. Responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
• Identifying and addressing any process bottlenecks promptly.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with vendors.
• Increasing sales by actively selling Internet services to customers.
• Collecting customer feedback to enhance market competitiveness.
• Conducting door-to-door promotions of Internet products.
• Keeping management updated with reports on activities and sales performance.
• Monitoring competitors' offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree or a high school diploma equivalent.
• Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year in a sales or call center environment.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attributes: Professionalism, self-motivation, goal-oriented, and integrity.
• Additional: A valid driver's license and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
