Job Description:

The intern will support the Business Transformation Department by analysing financial data to identify performance issues, data gaps, emerging trends, and priority areas for improvement. The role will also contribute to reporting, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, consolidate, cleanse, and validate financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
2. Perform financial and performance analysis to identify variances, recurring issues, data gaps, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Develop and maintain Excel- or Power BI-based dashboards, trackers, and visualisations to monitor key financial indicators and focus areas.
4. Support the preparation of management reports and presentation materials by translating analysis into clear findings and actionable insights.
5. Collaborate with Finance and relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, track improvement actions, and support business transformation initiatives.
