As an intern, you will work with one of the Agility Group functions to gain real-world exposure to work in the private sector and experience in your area of study/field of interest. You will also develop relevant business skills, receive mentorship and build your professional network.

Duration

The internship program, aimed at supporting nationalization, will run for 4 to 6 weeks, with the 2026 intake starting in July.
Timing: Approx. 5-6 hours per day

What to expect?

  • During your internship, learn about Agility’s rich history, culture and key business processes
  • Take part in day-to-day activities of your chosen department
  • Complete a value add-project
  • The internship may be onsite or hybrid depending on business need. We offer flexible scheduling to support your educational commitments.

Requirements

Ideal candidate:

  • Graduate or undergraduate student (in third or fourth year of study)
  • Excellent academic performance demonstrated by university/college records
  • Is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Has a passion for learning and professional development
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Is a natural team player and collaborator
  • Demonstrates commitment and takes responsibilities of assigned tasks and projects
