Internship
You'll join a part-time internship program designed for current full-time college students, working alongside an experienced team of scientists. You will gain mentorship from experienced professionals, exposure to cutting-edge scientific research and projects, and networking opportunities within the industry. You'll help with data collection, interpretation, and analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects. You'll be expected to stay current on scientific literature and advancements, take on assigned research tasks and propose ideas and solutions, and learn internal processes and software systems. This role may involve laboratory work requiring dexterity, care, and willingness to work with biohazardous agents up to BSL2.
Responsibilities
- Understand the overall concept of the company including the brand customer product goals and all other aspects of service
- Assist in data collection interpretation and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing projects
- Stay updated on current scientific literature and advancements in the field
- Accept designated tasks and projects to research proposing ideas and solutions as necessary
- Learn and become proficient on internal processes and software systems
- Exemplify professionalism communication and organization skills
Requirements
- Must be a full-time student in college and provide documentation confirming full-time enrollment status
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior work experience is desired
