Internship
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and legal issues
Assist in drafting notices, briefs, applications, agreements, and other legal documents
Support the team in case preparation, documentation, and file management
Attend client meetings, discussions, and proceedings where required
Prepare summaries, notes, and research materials on assigned topics
Assist in compliance, due diligence, and contract review work, where applicable
Help in maintaining records, precedents, and internal knowledge resources
Requirements
Eligibility:
Law students from any year of a 3-year or 5-year law course
Strong interest in litigation, corporate law, contracts, research, or compliance
Good legal reasoning, drafting, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of legal databases and MS Office/Google Docs is preferred
