Internship - Computer Science/Accounting

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the end-to-end delivery and maintenance of SaaS and IoT systems across retail operations

• Provide IT support and help resolve ESL-related technical issues

• Support procurement and inventory tracking for ESL projects

• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

What We’re Looking For

• Currently in your final year of a Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Computer Science / Information Technology

  • Accounting / Business (with strong systems exposure)

• 1+ year of experience in IT support (retail sector experience is a plus)

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Xero

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)

• Excellent communication and time management abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Fluent in Mandarin is essential
