[Internship] Controlling Intern
- Release block orders (Includes ASA)
- Run Sales report weekly (OI + OH + AR)
- Prepare data for Credit limit review (2 times per year)
- Weekly AR review with sale and validate comment.
- Stock take / stock take adjustments
- Prepare slide for Performance review
- Sales Commentary
- Support to prepare finance and controlling training slides
- Support to Ecommerce reconciliation report
- Support to raise JV (accrual, reclass,….)
- Entitled as full-time student during a 6-month internship period with a major in FinanAccounting or other majors in the field of Economics
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Teams, and Outlook
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time management and task management skills
- Detail-oriented and be able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Positive, enthusiastic, open to feedback and willing to learn
- Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
- Receive competitive internship allowances
