Summary
Intern supports IT operations, reporting, and automation tasks including Power Automate and AI initiatives while maintaining documentation and governance processes.
Job Description:
- Operations & Reporting – Support monitoring, KPI reporting, and service analytics.
- Documentation & Governance – Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, CAB, and UAT documentation.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement – Support Power Automate, Copilot, AI initiatives, and process improvement activities adopting new AI technologies.
Students from Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields are encouraged to apply.
