Job Description:

1. Assist in fire safety inspections and emergency preparedness activities, including checking fire protection equipment, emergency facilities, and compliance with site fire safety requirements.
2. Support the planning, coordination, and documentation of emergency response drills, exercises, and training programmes involving employees and emergency response teams.
3. Assist in maintaining fire and emergency response records, inspection reports, drill reports, and tracking action items arising from inspections, audits, drills, and emergency exercises.
4. Support the development and implementation of fire safety awareness programmes, toolbox talks, campaigns, and communication materials to promote emergency readiness and a proactive fire safety culture.
