Summary
Intern supports the Maintenance Support Department with HSE, PETA, and Capability Management tasks, including data maintenance, inventory tracking, and event coordination.
Role Summary:
The intern will support the Maintenance Support Department, particularly in the areas of HSE, PETA, and Capability Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HSE and Capability teams in maintaining and updating departmental data and records.
Assist on department HSE PPE inventory
Ensure Power BI reports are kept accurate and up to date.
Support the coordination and administration of departmental and plant-wide events, carnivals, and engagement activities.
Assist the PETA team with Turnaround administrative activities, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Maintenance Support team as required.
