Internship for Maintenance Department, PETRONAS Penapisan (Terengganu) Sdn. Bhd., PP(T)SB, Kerteh, Terengganu

Job Description:

1. Assist TC in coordinating technical training, competency programs, and learning activities for maintenance personnel.
2. Support scheduling, registration, and tracking of internal and external training sessions.
3. Maintain and update training databasers, trackers, attendance lists, and competency matrices in accordance with PETRONAS requirements.
4. Prepare training-related documentation such as letters, attendance sheets, reports, and presentation materials.
5. Support administration of learning programs in line with PETRONAS requirements.
6. Compile training status updates and learning progress reports for MTCE.
7. Help organize assessments, workshops, technical sharing sessions, or knowledge management activities.

By the end of the internship, the intern will gain exposure to:

3. Maintenance and technical workforce development practices.
