Trainee Scope – Waste Water Treatment (WWT) & Utilities
1. Support Waste Water Treatment Plant Operations
Assist in daily monitoring of biological treatment process performance.
Participate in plant inspections and operational data collection.
Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Collect and compile WWT operational data.
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.
Analyze performance trends and support KPI tracking.
3.Department Budget Management
Support budget planning and expenditure tracking.
Assist in monitoring budget utilization and cost reporting.
Help identify opportunities for cost optimization.
4. Technical & Improvement Support
Participate in improvement projects and technical studies.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
Support environmental compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
Expected Outcome:
Gain practical exposure in wastewater treatment operations, performance analysis, budget management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within Utilities and Environmental Operations.
