Summary
Intern supports Facilities Engineering Services by building Power BI dashboards, automating workflows with Power Automate, and creating digital learning content for governance processes in the oil and gas sector.
By the end of the internship at Facilities Engineering Services (DFSV) section, the intern is expected to:
1. To support Governance and Assurance deliverables under DFSV.
2. Develop or enhance at least one Power BI governance dashboard.
3. Establish a prototype PCA database for Upstream projects.
4. Implement selected Power Automate workflows for governance tracking and reminders.
5. Develop digital learning content for selected DFSV governance processes.
6. Create a structured FEL Best Practices & Lessons Learnt repository.
7. Provide recommendations to improve governance reporting efficiency, data quality, and digitalisation initiatives.
