Intern supports refinery operations by verifying contractor work quality, reviewing maintenance reports, and assisting with HSE compliance and PPE management on-site.
Job Description
In this role, you will generally support our team by reviewing contractor's weekly/monthly reporting, handling work and site verification, as well as HSE monitoring. (if your institution requires a project during your internship, please inform us). The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting in work supervision of contractors on site and verify quality of work completion.
- Reviewing and verifying contractors weekly/monthly reporting including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checklists and to address findings highlighted in Comment Response Sheet (CRS).
- Familiarise with Principal Contractors' (PC) HSEMS and HSE execution at site.
- Assist in PPE management in dedicated warehouse.
