Job Description:
Trainee – Operations & Administrative Support
1. Gain exposure to plant performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
2. Support Continuous Improvement (CI) and Operational Excellence activities.
3. Develop digital dashboards and analytics solutions using Excel and Power BI.
4. Learn sustainability performance tracking and KPI analysis.
5. Assist technical studies and improvement project evaluations.
6. Support project management, progress tracking, and documentation.
7. Participate in digitalization and AI-driven initiatives.
8. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and management updates.
9. Assist in MOC, risk assessment, and governance processes.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and close action items.
