Summary
Intern supports project management, process engineering, and internal communications for a chemical manufacturing company, using tools like Power BI, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Job Description:
- Assist in establishing and enhancing project management frameworks, governance structures, procedures, and work processes to support effective project execution and Continuous Improvement (CI).
- Create high-quality communication and training materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and related tools to support departmental initiatives, capability development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain and update Microsoft Power BI dashboards and tracking tools to monitor project performance.
- Support process engineering and design review activities, including the review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), datasheets, and other process design deliverables.
- Design promotional and awareness materials in form of poster to drive communication, adoption, and successful implementation of new departmental initiatives from CI Program.
