Summary
Intern supporting PETRONAS’s sustainability unit by helping draft policies, track ESG metrics, and execute feasibility studies on carbon credits and renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of sustainability policy and report (e.g., PDB Sustainability Report, Net Zero Carbon Emission policy, Biodiversity Policy).
- Support stakeholder engagement tracking and feedback compilation.
- Participate in sustainability reporting activities aligned with IFRS SDS, GRI and Bursa requirements. As well as for disclosure for FTSE4Good ESG Rating.
- Involve in Sustainability feasibility studies, Proof of Concepts (POC) and/or Pilot project executions.
- Help manage sustainability data and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, assist in preparing presentation decks and reports.
- Contribute to sustainability partnerships and internal initiatives.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to sustainability governance and training sessions.
- Conduct feasibility studies on ESG related projects such as Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy Certificates and etc.
